Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Thermaltake product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt in its original condition.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. After we receive your return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the order.
Please note that direct exchanges are not possible.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
Please send the items back in their original packaging, securely packed and sealed.

If you notice a defect in your product within the statutory warranty period, please contact us using the claim form. We will forward your request to our service partner.
