Delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1 - 3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction). Excluded are gaming PC systems - with a delivery period of 5-10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the offer text.

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods to an EU country takes place within 3 - 5 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction). Excluded are gaming PC systems - with a delivery period of 9-12 business days, unless otherwise stated in the offer text.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
