Packaging instructions
Information on the obligation to accept packaging material back
According to the current Packaging Act pursuant to § 15 para. 1 sentence 1 VerpackG, we are obliged to accept the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:
- Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
- Sales and secondary packaging that typically does not become waste with private end consumers after use,
- Sales and secondary packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility according to § 7 para. 5, and
- Sales packaging containing hazardous filling materials or
- Reusable packaging.
When the product is delivered, corresponding packaging material is used, which we accept back free of charge. This ensures the return of the packaging material into the recycling cycle. By informing about the return options, better results in the return of packaging are to be achieved and a contribution to fulfilling the European recycling targets according to EU Directive 94/62/EC is ensured.
As an end consumer, you can return the packaging material at the place of actual handover or in its immediate vicinity.
