The Thermaltake AW420 AIO Liquid Cooler is a high-performance water cooling system designed for modern workstations and professional systems with the highest demands for thermal stability. Equipped for platforms such as Intel LGA4677 as well as AMD sTR5 and SP6, this cooler targets creative professionals, developers, CAD specialists, and data scientists working with workloads at the limit. Thanks to a thermal design for up to 625 watts TDP, your system remains powerful and cool even under continuous load.

Maximum Cooling Surface and Optimized Heat Transfer

At the core of the AW420 is an enlarged copper cooling block with nickel plating, specially tailored to the large CPU IHS structures of professional processors. The full coverage of the heat spreader and the high thermal conductivity of copper ensure efficient absorption and dissipation of generated heat. The combination of copper base, high-density radiator, and powerful pump guarantees even temperature distribution even during multicore rendering, AI calculations, or compute-intensive simulations.

TOUGHFAN 14 Pro – Triple Cooling Power of the Highest Class

For active air cooling of the radiator, three revised TOUGHFAN 14 Pro PWM fans are used. These 140 mm fans offer an airflow of 119.6 CFM and a static pressure of 3.57 mm-H₂O, providing excellent performance to reliably ventilate even dense fin structures. Despite their power, the fans operate at a maximum noise level of only 31.6 dBA, making them the ideal solution for quiet studio, office, or workstation environments. Made from liquid crystal polymer, they are low-vibration, durable, and heat-resistant.

High-Density Radiator with Copper Chamber

The installed radiator is 27 mm thick and features an internal copper chamber with a depth of 20 mm, which acts as a thermal buffer and efficiently circulates the coolant through the system. The large cooling surface ensures maximum heat dissipation across the entire width of the radiator – perfectly matched for tower cases with great cooling potential.

Powerful Pump for Constant Cooling Circulation

Another key element is the integrated pump with a speed of 4000 RPM. This ensures a consistently high flow of coolant and thus continuous temperature control under all load conditions. The pump has been specifically optimized for durability and quiet operation – essential for environments where constant performance is required over many hours.

Perfect Match for Thermaltake AX Workstation Cases

The AW420 is ideally matched to Thermaltake’s AX Series workstation chassis, which offer ample space, optimized airflow, and professional expansion options. Integration is seamless – both visually through the uniform black design and technically through full compatibility with the thermal architecture of these cases.
